He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his sons, Robert Ralph (late Hope) and Jason (Dee Ann); his granddaughter Katherine Law-Hart (Todd); his children, Quentin, Gianna, Anna Ratliff (Kevin), Meaghan and Cameron; his sibling-in-law Shirley Hubbard (Gene); his uncle Nathan Hubbard (Christy); his cousins, Sean Hubbard and Kevin Hubbard (Christen); his uncle Tony Hubbard (Jennifer); his cousins, Jake and Lydia; and also, Joelle Rivara (Greg), Marcus, Bradley, Emmett and Alexis.
