She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dan and Brian; her parents, Gene Bender and Arlene Cejka (Vic); her siblings, Mary Rivet (Brian), Jim Cejka (Jelena) and Victor Cejka (Jenny); her stepsibling Sue McFadden; her close friend Betty; and her pets, Precious, Wrinkles and Holly. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
