He is survived by: his spouse Joanna "Jay"; his children, Joellyn Edgerton, Jodi Gurney (James) and John Prystalski (Karen); his sibling Rosalie Prystalski; his godchild Ed Prystalski; and also Hebda.

In lieu of flowers donations in John's name to Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation: For The New York Medical Program.
