Daniel Wicklund Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Wicklund (Homewood, Illinois), who passed away on November 7, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Judith Ann Gugliuzza Wicklund; his parents, Ebert and Bernice; and his brother Dennis Wicklund. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Wicklund; his children, Daniel Wicklund Jr., Peter Wicklund (Heidi), Keith Wicklund, Jim Wicklund (Kim), Sean Wicklund (Diane), Erik Wicklund (Sue) and Amy Wicklund; his grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Lauren and Dylan; his siblings, David Wicklund and Noel Adamek (Tom); and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Gescheidler (Dan), Emily Melina, Todd Adamek and Galen Melina.
A visitation will be held on Monday November 16, from 9 am until the time of prayers at 10:30 am at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood. (All Covid precautions will be taken) Funeral Mass 11 am at St. Joseph Church in Homewood.
In lieu of flowers donations to Illinois State Police Memorial Fund and Catholic Charities.
