It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Fialkowski (Itasca, Illinois), who passed away on December 14, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her spouse Edward L. Fialkowski Jr.; and her parents, Walter A. Streit and Bette M. Streit. She is survived by : her siblings, Robert Streit (late Karen), Ron Streit (Lynn), Sherryl Dunning (Jim) and Darryl Streit (Lynn); her stepchild Beth Blasius; and also, Aidan and Declan.
