She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Barfield (Rocky) of Springfield and Andrea Lonergan (Dean Turner) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Michael Hughes of Jacksonville, Rocky Barfield II of Springfield and Jenna Hughes of Jacksonville; her great grandchildren, Tyler Hughes, Arian Hughes, Molly Hughes and J'Leigh Jackson-Hughes; and her brother Terry Lacy (Jeanette).
Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
