Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dorothy Louise Chumley of Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 82, on December 21, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Eugene Brackett and Katherine Collison Brackett; and her brothers, Arthur Brackett (Nancy) and Burl Brackett. She is survived by: her children, Jon Randall Phillips (Patsy) of Jacksonville and Deanne Phillips Dyer (Brian) of South Jacksonville; her stepdaughters, Karin Chumley of Jacksonville and Carol Kluge (Paul) of Jacksonville; her brothers, Bill Brackett of Petersburg and Jerry Brackett of Winchester; and her niece Debbie Duke (Steve) of New Berlin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
