He is survived by: his parents, Ulysses Fenton and Dorothy Hazelwood Foster; his spouse Mildred Aileen Henry; his children, Larry Foster (Jane) of Jacksonville, Linda Grojean (Charles) of Jacksonville and Joni Maaser (Kurt) of Jacksonville; his stepmother Sylvia Foster of Jacksonville; and his half-siblings, Kim Foster, Steve Foster, Terry Smith, Jim Smith and Peggy Smith. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
