He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phillip Lair and Mardell Lair (Hallstead); his wife Margie Henrion of Jerseyville; his sons, Michael Lair II (Heather) of Jerseyville and Matthew Lair (William) of Jerseyville; his grandchildren, Kirsten Lair of Carrollton, Evan Drainer of Jerseyville, Miranda of Jerseyville and Kara Lair of Jerseyville; his sisters, Debbie Varble of Carrollton and Donna McNatt of Kane; his mother-in-law Mary Jane Arbogast; his siblings, Alan Lair and Karen Huff; and his father-in-law Frank Henrion.
In honor of Mike's life and the love he had for his family, memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or to the Children's Heart Foundation, an organization dedicated to funding congenital heart defect research.
