He is survived by: his wife Vicky Franklin of Jerseyville; his children, Kenneth Franklin of St. Louis, Missouri and Cindy; his son-in-law Tim McCoy of Grafton; his grandchildren, Jacob Franklin of St. Louis, Jessica Busane (Derrick) of Belleville and Josh McCoy of Grafton; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Mia, Carter, Garrett, Joclynn and Charli.
Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church in Jerseyville or to the Jerseyville Public Library.
