She is survived by : her husband Charles William Ewell of Johnston City, IL.; her friend Maggie Perez (John) of Belleville, IL.; her sister Mary Walters; her nephew Teetonka of Shiloh, IL.; her children, Lisa Lively (Keith O'Loughlin) of Gladstone, MI, Crystal Osman (Adam O'Reilly) of St. Peters, MO, Marsha Lively (Jillian Lively) of Swansea, IL. and Philip Kowalis of Johnston City, IL.; her grandchildren, Lauren Kowalis, Allyssa Kowalis (Nicholas Smith), Christopher Lively (Rebekah Stein), Paige Miles (Zain Miles), Jaxon Wolf (Katie Page), Morgan Wolf and Colton Walls; and her great grandchildren, Elena Jones-Lively and Liam Miles.
