It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Lou Vogt of Joliet, Illinois, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mildred Colby and Levi Colby; her son WIlliam W. Vogt; and her siblings, Donald J. Colby, Merle Colby, Roland Colby, Byron Colby, Roger Colby and Grace Colby.

She is survived by : her son Donald Vogt (Mary) of Shorewood, IL; and her grandchildren, Colleen Vogt, Kate Wurster (Aaron) and Jonathan Vogt. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
