He is survived by: his children, Osvaldo Diaz (Nelly), Griselda Balderas (Jaime), Eric Diaz (Teresa), Miriam Diaz (Alfonso), Bilmer Diaz (Crystal), Carmen Contreras (Ruben), Israel Diaz (Marisol) and Jacob Diaz (Mariza); his siblings, Fidel Diaz (Bernardina), Celina Miranda, Lilia Diaz, Artemio Diaz (Maricela), Aurora Villagmez (Ramiro), Jose Luis Diaz (MsAsuncion), Carolina Gallardo (Eziquio) and Obdulia Guzman (Porfirio); and his sister-in-law Josefina Diaz. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
