Noah Wolfgang Weisfus Obituary

Noah Wolfgang Weisfus Noah Wolfgang Weisfus, passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, September 23, 2023, in Manassas, VA. Noah was born in Maywood, IL, on July 19, 1999, the son of Michael and Stella (nee Fiolka) Weisfus. He grew up in Elwood and attended Elwood Community Consolidated School District and was a graduate of Joliet Central High School. After graduation, Noah enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and proudly served his country for five years. He was honorably discharged as a Lance Corporal and earned a National Defense Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (Kuwait), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbons (2), Letter of Appreciations (2), and Expert Rifle Qualification Badge (3).

Noah was currently a student of Western Governors University in VA and was employed with Castalia as a Full Motion Video Analyst.

Noah always put family first. No matter where he was located, he was only a call or text away. Noah's dad installed his passion for the outdoors when he was young with turtle hunting, camping, fishing, riding 4 wheelers, running and playing sports. Not only did he have a love for sports and the outdoors, but he had a passion for art. As he traveled around the world, he was the first to say hi and always greeted you with a smile. Noah was the first person who would help you in a jam and give you the shirt off his back. Noah had the biggest heart.

Noah is survived by his parents, Michael and Stella Weisfus, his estranged wife, Delaney Burns; son, Thomas Noah; a daughter on the way; siblings, Stephanie (Richard) Darling, Nicholas Weisfus, and Teal Weisfus; paternal grandfather, William W. Weisfus; maternal grandparents, George and Elaine Gauden; his devoted canine companions, Isabelle and Daffodil; mother-in-law, Kelly (Michael) Tabler; father-in-law, Jason (Beth) Burns; and his wife's siblings, Alexandria (Ryan) Seisfres, Matthew Burns, Rylee and Kaylee Tabler. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, also survive.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Mary Weisfus.
