He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Timothy Sullivan; and his brother John D. Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Connie Sullivan; his sisters, Cyndi Stonitsch (Larry) and Terri Ann Huebner (Karl); and his siblings' children, Chad Godeaux (Julia), Ella Rose Godeaux and Landon Stone Godeaux.
