He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Silas and Nellie Fletcher (Hyden); his wife Sara "Sue" Fletcher; his great grandchild Jase Wayne Armstrong; and his siblings, Blondie Beggs (Blackie), Harry Fletcher (Martha), Glenn Fletcher (Ruby) and Donald Fletcher (Rose).
He is survived by : his children, Deidra Jacobs (John) and Stephen Fletcher (Merlina); his grandchildren, Erica Gene Rosas (Ed), Mickey Jacobs (Chelsea), Jackie Jacobs, Summer LeClaire (Johann), Matt Armstrong (Brittany), Jared Armstrong (Leslie) and Blair Armstrong (Candace); his great grandchildren, Izabella LeClaire, Elliana LeClaire, Carson Jacobs, Hudson Jacobs, Jacob Barnett, Jesse Barnett, Wilke Armstrong, Blakely Armstrong, Kaylyn Armstrong, Jed Armstrong, Walker Armstrong and Marlee Armstrong; and his sister Betty Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
