He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Miller and Nelda Grimes (Johnson); and his sister Deborah Miller. He is survived by : his wife Linda Miller (English); his son Stephen Miller (Tasha); his grandchildren, Makayla Warran (David) and Daniel Miller; and his siblings, Velda Meyer (Roy) and Leslie Miller (Darlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given in Perry's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
