She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Wladyslaw" Fasiczka; and her parents, Maria Chrobak and Karol Chrobak. She is survived by: her children, Yolanda Komperda (Bogdan) and Christopher Fasiczka (Melissa); her grandson Brandon Komperda; and her siblings, Jozefa Malessa (Waldemar), Helena Gacek, Maria Piszczek, Marian Chrobak, Stanislaw Chrobak, Kazimierz Chrobak (Anna) and Katarzyna Tyszko (Zbigniew). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bruno Catholic Church (4751 S Harding Ave, Chicago, IL 60632).
