He was predeceased by : his parents, Annise Koger and Annie Koger; his stepson James Harris; and also, Henry Koger, Annise Koger Jr., Freddie Koger, Nancy Harrison, Annie Edwards, Mary Gray, Betty Henley, Willie "Mary" Koger and Rosie Johnson.

He is survived by : his children, Patricia Koger of Kankakee, IL and McKinley Koger of Kankakee, IL; his sister Glinnie Koger of Brooksville, Mississippi; his stepchildren, Willie Wyatt of Kankakee, IL, Rosemary Wyatt of Noxubee County and Debbie Chandler of Kankakee, IL; and his grandchildren, Oneisha Koger, Terrance Lane and Dennis Koger. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; 19 step-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
