He is survived by: his parents, John A. Hogan and Kim L. Hogan (Chance) of Tunnel Hill; his wife Augusta K. Sandoval; his brothers, Lucas W. Hogan of Tunnel Hill and Reed E. Hogan of Tunnel Hill; his grandparents, Herb, Patsy Chance of Ozark, Dennis and Charlotte Osborne of Alma; and his parents-in-law, Jose and Susan Sandoval of Knoxville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
