She is survived by: her sons, David Bouk (Cindy) of Cabery, IL, Ken Bouk (Martha) of Bonfield, IL and Rob Bouk of Campus, IL; her grandchildren, Karl Bouk (Kimberly), Karen Moreno (Joshua), Jakob Bouk, Kendra Honeycutt (Jeffrey), Samantha Bouk and Ryan Bouk; her great grandchildren, Kole, Kaitlyn, Kameron Bouk, Joshua Ray Moreno, Jr., Ella, Garrett, Adalynn Faye Bouk and Carter Ray Thomas Bouk; and her sister Wanda Marth. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
