She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Bevins and Jane Bevins; her husband Robert M. "Bob" Briggs; and her brothers, Dickey, Russell and Robert "Bob" Moore.
She is survived by: her son Bill Briggs (Betty) of Kewanee; her siblings, Howard Moore of Kewanee, Marie "Dolly" VanWassenhove of Kewanee and Janet Frail of Kewanee; her grandchildren, Connie J. Briggs of Kewanee and William M. Briggs of Clermont, FL; and her great grandchild Franchezka Nicole Briggs.
