He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Benjamin Phelps Sr.; his uncle Donald Benjamin Phelps, Jr.; and his nephew Benjamin James Boswell. He is survived by: his parent Linda Brown (Phelps); his spouse Autumn Hammons; his children, Carter and Adilyn Brown; his grandmother Joan Phelps; his brother Tim Boswell (Missy); his half-sister Amber Rice (Jeff) of Phoenix, AZ; and his parents-in-law, Chris and Lisa Hammons.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to an education fund for his children at People's Bank.
