He was predeceased by: his parents, William Watkins and Ivy Watkins (Bell). He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Landergren; his children, Shawn Parker (Heather), William Watkins and Jennifer Barber; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Skyler, Alexis, Parker, Summer and Wiley.
