He is survived by: his parents, David Pacquer and Arlene Moens Pacquer; his former wife Carol LaVoil; his sisters, Susan Crabtree (Danny) and Kathy Pacquer; his nephews, Ryan Crabtree (Carmen) and Andy Detra; his niece Rachael May (Dave); his great-nieces, Carley Crabtree and Hattie May; and his great-nephew Max May. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
