He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Slusser (Betz); his grandparents, Donna Murry, Henry Betz, Robert and Mary Slusser; and his uncle Terry Betz.
He is survived by: his father Patrick Slusser; his brothers, Eric M. Slusser and Robert D. Slusser; his daughters, Finn Lee Rose Slusser and Lola Swindle; and his aunts and uncles, Marie McKee (Reba), Julie, Sturm, Phil Slusser (Rita) of Kewanee, Paul Slusser (Vicki) of Kewanee and Bob McKee of Kewanee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials may be made to his daughter, Finn Lee Rose for a fund to be established.
