She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Subject; her stepfather John Durgin; her brothers, Terry and Gary Subject; and her father-in-law Donald Phelps.
She is survived by: her mother Virginia Subject (Leners); her husband Gerald Phelps; her children, Zachrey Phelps (Brenda) and Aprille Purdy (Erik); her grandchildren, Hailey Marie Smith (Nathan), Kaleb Phelps, Korbin Phelps, Brianna Purdy and William Purdy; her siblings, Larry Subject of Garner, IA and Kandie Ann Hansen (Kenny) of Colby, KS; and her mother-in-law Joan Phelps. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
