He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Holtschult and Betty J. Holtschult (Krause); and his sister Jane Wisniewski. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Nichols-Holtschult; his sons, Chris Woodruff (Jennifer) of Neponset and Dennis Holtschult Jr. of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Patrick, Paige, Raivin, Easton Woodruff, Arianna Jones, Ayden Bainbridge and Adalynn Davis; and his brothers, David Holtschult (Gail) of Kewanee, Bob Holtschult of Kewanee and Keith Holtschult (Millie) of Carbondale.
