He was predeceased by: his parents, Delven LeRoy and Patricia Jean Ann Fuller (Massingill); and his daughter Theresa Youtsy. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Petty; his son Donnie Fuller Jr.; his siblings, Bill, David Fuller and Jeanie Gray; and his grandsons, Brian and Austin Youtsy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The funeral home requires that all guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.
