He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Hegwood; and his children, Jack Lester Jr. of Tennessee, Thomas Rusk (Nichole) of Mattoon, IL, Shawn Rusk (Stephanie) of Kewanee, Debi Allen of Mississippi, Dawn Rusk of Kewanee, Paula Land of Kewanee and Sherrie Carley of Kewanee.
