She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Verbout and Helen Verbout (Greenhagen); her siblings, John "Jack", Phyllis, Darlene, Bill and Jim; and her daughter-in-law Gina Ouart.
She is survived by: her husband George Ouart; her children, Tim Ouart (Josie) of Sheffield, Angie Stanton (Glen) of Cincinnati, OH, Jennie Schroeder (Craig) of Toulon, Bob Ouart of Lewisville, TX and Bonnie Spahn (Steve) of Kewanee; and her sister Mary Ann Norton of Geneseo. She is also survived by her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Cornerstone Community Wellness Center in Sheffield to support social emotional health services.
