With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Caras (Kewanee, Illinois), born in Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on March 16, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Caras and Georgia Caras (Anastopoulos); her brother Nick Caras; and her brother-in-law Marty. She is survived by: her sister Christina Christon of Muskego, WI; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Caras of Osprey, FL and Kleo Caras. She is also survived by two nephews; two nieces; six great nephews; one great niece; four great-great nieces; one great-great grandnephew.
Memorials may be made to St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Rock Island.
