He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jr. Reiff and Lola Reiff (Piester); and his siblings, Eileen Gosch and Wayne Reiff. He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Ahlgren; his sons, Thomas Reiff (Theresa) of Bridgeview, IL and Steven "Whitey" Reiff (Carol); his grandchildren, Brenda Sullivan (Jim), Amy O'Donnell (Steve) and Scott Reiff (Rochelle); his stepgrandson Jerry Robb; and his great grandchildren, Jimmy, Cameron, Colin Sullivan, Madelyn, Adam Reiff, Ryan, Meagan and Jake O'Donnell.
Memorials may be made to the Henry County Senior Citizens Center or to the Henry County Humane Society.
