He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick R. Leggett and Alice Leggett (Maxwell); and his spouse Shirley Kay Brodsho. He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria K. Wallace of Toulon and Sonja Everitt (Betty Yarbrough) of Kewanee; his half-brother Brad Leggett of Kewanee; and his grandchildren, Ryan Yarbrough, Gilman and Reece Everitt.
The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID regulations. The funeral home requires that guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
