She is survived by: her spouse Donald Fortman; her children, Stephanie Parsons (Dennis) of Park Forest, IL and Jeffrey Fortman (Michele); her grandchildren, Zachary, Colin, Claire and Olivia Fortman; and her sisters, Mary Jo Simonsen (Gordon) of Huntley, IL and Barbara Rieder (Tom).
