He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Loughe and Katherine Loughe (Fesler); his wife Amelia Wysowski; his son Christopher Loughe; his stepchildren, Mark Clong and Kathryn Foreman; and his brother Vernon Loughe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Doris Groy and Norma Mercer; his stepson Edmond Clong; his stepdaughter-in-law Beth Clong; and his stepdaughter Rosanne Anderson (David). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
