John F. Wade Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2021, at the age of 78, John F. Wade of Kewanee, Illinois, born in Williamsburg, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Wade and Ila Wade (Ford); his brother Ron; and his sons, Bert Wade and David Heying.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wade (McKay); his granddaughters, Sofie Scout Geistkemper and Lexi Shae Geistkemper; his daughters, Sherri White and Lauren Potter; his granddaughter Lexi Geistkemper; his sister-in-law Patty; and his nieces and nephews, Rita, Brian (Carrie), Paula, Rhonda (Kevin) and Chad.
John lived a life governed mainly by his own rules, so to his dismay we must follow restrictions imposed by COVID.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to OSF Hospice.
