He was predeceased by: his mother Caroline Jackson Miller; and his siblings, Matthew Miller, Nathanial Hemphill, Mary Heard and Bessie Jackson.
He is survived by: his former wife Clara L. Davis; his spouse Kewanee; his son Charles Foster of Olive Branch, MS; his brothers, Mack Hemphill of Pompano Beach, FL and L. C. Jackson (Maxine) of Brookhaven, MS; his niece Doris Carolyn of Washington; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kevin, Terence, Jamal, Gavyn and Grayson; his close friends, Tony Williams (Lavona), Dee DeValkenaere (Rod), Charlie DeMay (Diane) and Christine Boston; and also Keagan. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
