He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Mills; his wife Sherry Tremblay of Kewanee; his children, Jacob McIntire (Amber) of Davenport, IA, Tyler Tremblay of Aurora, CO, Lorraine Tremblay of Davenport, IA and Jered Logsdon of Kewanee; his stepchildren, Shelby Sides of Alpha and Justin Sides of East Moline; his siblings, Kathleen Sheets (Tim) of Kewanee and Allen Smock; his grandchildren, Bentley, Bryson, Braxton, Jace, Julian, Lane, Aaliyah, Amiyah, Jayden and Romeo; his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Brittney Smock, Layne, Brandon Johnson, Quinn Sheets, Dale and Dixie Lawrence; and his pet Miller.
