She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Williams and Leona Williams (Gutschlag); and her husband Bernard Q. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Donald W. Smith (Mary) and Virginia Wurster (Paul) of Des Plaines, IL; her grandchildren, Shannon, Eric and Justin; her great grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nadia, Camryn, Caleb and Eric Brian Jr.; her great great grandchild Maxwell Christian Smith; and her friends, Jacki, Doug, Greg and Sarah Wyman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
