He was predeceased by: his grandmother Georgeanne "Gigi" Toutant. He is survived by: his son Gustavo Perez; his mother Gina Dykeman (Shane) of Kewanee; his grandparents, Ernest Toutant Sr., Steve, Carla Dykeman, Alvaro and Francisca Perez; his great-grandparent Juanita Lester; his siblings, Gustavo Perez Jr., Vincent Perez, Katie Perez, Eric Perez, Gabby Perez and Jordan Dykeman; and his half-sister Jessica Canales. He is also survived by niece and a nephew and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID regulations.
