He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neuleib and Pauline Neuleib (Whittington); and his stepfather Clyde P. Bush. He is survived by: his wife Ruth A Verplaetse; his children, Teresa Neuleib of Carlock, IL, Annette Pickrel (David) and Kevin Neuleib (Jennifer Boelens); his grandchildren, Harley Jo Gengenbach, Danielle Neuleib and Carver Neuleib; and his siblings, Elaine Henson (James) and Dale Bush (Junarita).
