He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan and Anna (Germanovich). He is survived by: his spouse Donna Holz; his children, Denise Vujakovich-Bair, Leo Michael "Mike" Vujakovich, Anthony "Tony" Joseph Vujakovich and Teresa Vujakovich-Jagers; his grandchildren, Sarah Perkins, Baley Jagers, Stephanie Bair, Jeremiah Bair, Bradyn Jagers, Bryce Jagers and Dalton Vujakovich; his great grandchildren, Leo James Cruse, Aiden Lambert and Braylee Vujakovich; and his siblings, Nick Vujakovich, Joan Vujakovich, Vivian Vranjes and Stina Tavares. He is also survived by his parents, two brothers, seven sisters, and two sisters.
