He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Knox and Rae Loretta Irene Knox (Gilpin); his significant other Roberta Fitchpatrick; and his sons, Milton and Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Elbus (Mark) and Matthew Knox (Rhonda).
