She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Eugene and Edith Fanny Petty (Blodgett); her siblings, Lloyd, Tina and Roxanne; and her boyfriend Luis Ruiz.
She is survived by: her sons, Zach Ruiz of Chicago and Angelo Ruiz of Chicago; her siblings, Shawn, Kenny, Mark, Forrest, Pam, Sara, Michelle and Vicki; and her granddaughter Patricia.
