She was predeceased by: her parents, William Millslagle and Louise Millslagle (Meloen); her spouse Ollie Cox; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Ruth-Ann; her sisters, Vivian Ripka and Phyllis Cox; and her close friends, Dean Tracy and Lewis Hackwith.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Linda Ripka-Rubis of Spirit Lake, IA, Wayne Ripka (Diane), James Ripka, Melvin Cox (Kathy) and Connie Weston (Thomas); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sheri (Loren), Ronnie (Brooke), Josh, April, Nichole, Tina, Michael, Ashley, Alysia (Matt), David (Lenae), Erin (Marcus) and Leslie (Mark); her stepgranddaughter Alisha Norcross; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Ricky, Jessica and Ruth Ann Norcross.
