He was predeceased by: his mother Esther I. McIntire; his spouse Starr Ann Heestand; and his stepdaughter Carol Fragosa. He is survived by: his children, Eric Fesler (Jeanine) of Clearwater, FL, Amy Fesler Israel (Jeremy) of Kewanee, April Fesler Starr of Kewanee and Levi Michael Fesler of Kewanee; his stepchildren, Tricia Johnson (Robert) of Missouri, Richard Vlahovich (Connie), Jeff Vlahovich and Matthew Vlahovich (Guiletta); his grandchildren, Amara, Javon, Ariah, Jayseon Israel, Skylar Fesler, Alayna Fesler and Michael Fesler; and his stepgrandchildren, Dacia, Zachary Hoyle and Sergio Vlahovich.
