She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Howell and Susie Seigh Hess; her sister Barbara J. Taylor; her sibling's children, Mark A. Taylor, Jon C. Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio, Michelle Watson (Fred) of Peoria, Susan Wilson (Michael) of Louisville, Joanne Christian of Cincinnati, Ohio, Hernandez of Virginia and Joyce Watson of Peoria; and her close friend Priscilla Langnis of Kewanee. She was also cherished by nine great-nephews, three great-nieces.
