It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Richard Tarver Sr. of Kewanee, Illinois, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Dean Tarver. He is survived by: his wife Alisa Taylor; his children, Paul Tarver Jr. and Teresa Gooden; his stepchildren, Chaize Taylor, James Taylor, Mae Lee Walton, Kia Taylor and Henry Taylor; and his brother Kevin Jones. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID regulations. The funeral home requires that all guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
