He is survived by: his wife Mindi Wilson; his children, Nicole Curcija (Jason) of Silvis, Philip III, Corry (Nicole) and Violet Talbert; his grandchildren, Coleton, Calvin, Evan, Mya, Alana and Jasmine; and his brother Brent. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
